Noah has a new bed!!

We finally decided to get Noah out of our bedroom/bed! He now has a bed in the room that has been waiting for him to sleep in for 2 years!!


He hates to have his picture taken these days so I snapped this one after his bath one night when he was wrapped up tight and couldn't get away!! HEE HEE!!!



This is the new bed...we sat it on the floor so that if he falls off, it won't be that far....




"What you talkin' 'bout, Mama???"


"Can't like it!!!!" (Noah's favorite thing to say when he doesn't like something!)

"Okay, I'll try it out for a minute....

Nope....Can't like it!!!!"

After about 45 minutes of fussing and talking and doing anything he can to get out of going to sleep, he finally zonked out .....in ....his....new....BED!!!!!!!!!

Of course he hasn't slept alone in it yet....Jacob and Kaleb are in there with him...they take turns: one sleeps with him one night while the other sleeps on the floor next to them and then the next night they trade.... Silly Boys!! I slept ok for a few nights but now I wake up 20 times/night to look at the monitor.....UUUGGGGHHH!!! Oh well, it's progress....Now we have to start the potty training..... :0( Can't like it!!!

Catching up....

Since I am officially out of school for 12 WEEKS, I will try to blog more (no promises!) but I have to catch up on things first.
We'll start with Easter. Steve's parents came over from Texas and stayed a few days and then my family came to our house on Sunday to have dinner. It was a great day of family fun!!
Here are some pics from that day....

The Easter Bunny brought Noah a cute little singing dancing bunny....If only I could have gotten a good pic of the cute smile on his face!

and Addison!! (for those of you that do not have kids....BEWARE....Grandparents do that kind of stuff because they don't have to deal with them later....just so you know...)

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY, NOAH!!!!!

Noah's 2nd birthday party was 2 weeks ago but I'm just now getting time to post about it. We had a little party at the park along with my niece, Addison.(for her 1st birthday) I can NOT believe that my baby is 2 YEARS OLD!!!!
I have lots of pictures but will have to post them in several posts because blogger takes TOO LONG!! So, here goes......

Happy March!!

It's March already, ya'll!!! Can you believe it?? I can't. Time is flying this year. Still very busy with school and the big boys are getting ready for the Leap and ILeap tests so they are busy too. Not to mention that Jacob is having lots if band practices because he has festivals coming up and Kaleb is just focused on doing well in school. Noah is learning all kinds of new stuff at daycare and it's not all good. I'll get into that another time....
We will be celebrating 4 birthdays this month....Steve's dad has a b-day on March 7th, both of my nieces b-days are this month: Morgan on the 9th (she will be 15!!! Oh My Goodness...sigh...that means I'm getting old!!) and Addison's 1st birthday is on the 15th!!! AND celebrating his 2nd birthday is my sweet boy, NOAH on the 22nd!!!! I will post more this weekend, I have to get ready for a final on Thursday...I just wanted to change the blog background for March!!

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!

It's hard to believe that it's 2009! I pray that this is the year that I will stick to the plan to lose weight and be healthy. This is the year that K will hit the double digits and J will become a teenager -----eeeeekkkkk-----. Noah will continue to grow and say new things!! Steve will continue to advance in his job and find peace with himself. I pray, pray, pray that I will graduate and become a Registered Nurse in December of this year......(((fingers crossed, toes crossed, eyes crossed)))
I also pray that my boys will be happy and that Steve and I can live our lives by example so that our children will grow up to be well rounded men with a love for the Lord and unshakeable faith!!

I have a busy 5 months coming up with school so I may not be able to post very often so........until then, here's some pictures of the first couple of days in 2009!!
